VStabi Pioneer of Flybarless

As there have been lots of questions about the Mikado shop server failure and unavailable login on vstabi.info here a brief summary what happened and what happens next.

• The shop provider e-Vendo told us about a serious failure of its systems at 30.05.2025. Mikado shop is offline since then.
• As the login on vstabi.info is your Mikado ID (shop login EU) new logins on vstabi.info aren't possible since. We created a workaround by email for enabling already existing licenses and registering / updating devices. Purchasing Licenses through this channel is not possible
• e-Vendo started with recovery from offsite backups. These backups have been taken at 25.05.2025. The process takes a lot of time as they need to built up the complete server infrastructure from scratch.

• Today (05.06.2025) we think our shop could probably be used next week for internal staff members. Currently it is not.
• As soon as it can be used internally we need to figure out the missing transactions between backup date (25.05.2025) and failure date (30.05.2025). They must be done manually in the same order afterwards.
• As the shop is fully functional, all things booked as before failure and updated it will be available for our customers again. This could be probably by the end of next week - but due the dependencies above no promises given.
