Workaround for registrations and enabling software

As the login through Mikado ID with the EU shop server is still not available we provide a channel here to enable already existing VBar software licenses (e.g. V7 to V8) and registration of new devices.

In this case please submit a request which must contain:

  • Customer name
  • EMail for registration (Mikado ID must exist)
  • Serial number of the regarding device
  • Request (e.g. enable V8, register etc.)

The mails will be viewed 1-2 times each day. Feedback will be given by EMail.

We can only work with already existing licenses here. Purchasing software is not possible through this channel. In this case please be a bit more patient - the shop should recover within the next days.
