Update for VBar Control touch and EVO as well as VBar NEO and EVO

Again we have created a small update packet for VBar Control touch and EVO as well as for the VBar NEO and EVO. The changes are mainly made in:
 
- VBars - preparation for VBackup
- New firmware for the radios
- New app VBackup added
- Edited Macrocells app for VBackup
- Autoinstall app reworked
- Extended announces for VBackup added
- Rework on the ESC apps for 12V BEC
- RC volt monitor app extended to 12V
- And some more small changes whenever we had a report or have seen something to be improved.
