hi I want to get vplane on one of my mini vbar's to use with my vcontrol
it was on ver 6 I did recovery to 5.3, done the request liscense click link on sent email opened 5.3 software to online update
. it reads number ok, but no firmware options to load into vbar.

my devices shows it as vplane but 5.3 software will not show option to download it.

please help.

Did you follow the self-enabling process (see video section for VBC) for the VPlane license?

Is the device registered to your account?

Is the license mail used to get a new download window?

Which SN is it?

I did register it to my account last night, even though I did not have previous owners email it was instant transfer.
I did the options add vplane got the email link for software download opened vstabi 5.3 software, open online update, it reads the sn number . And the firmware list is blank.
Th sn number is 1520017972
