5.3 to 6.0 , cyclic servos no response

i upgraded to 6.0 from 5.3 pro , using vcontrol i went to do the setups. all went ok, however the cyclic does not respond . tail works but it twitches every few seconds without moving the mini vbar. i tried with bec power from ESC and also tried a direct connection with LIFE battery.

first, the VBar 6.0 firmware will no longer connect to the computer. You would have to do the recovery procedure and load 5.3 again, but then you would also have do to a new setup.

Second, are you sure you did start with the New Heli Wizard (not Edit Heli Wizard), in VBar Control?

I had a customer in Sweden at Habo Helimeet recently who had the same issue, did a new setup, all was working.
He was virtually swearing an oath he did it the first time, but obviously ...

reset using recovery, loaded 6.0 , bound to vcontrol using "new setup" servos work. please check video . not sure whats happening. i did smell some burning

OK, interesting ... never seen that.
Does the twitching ever stop?
If it was an error message from the VBar the twitching should cease after like 30 pitch-twitches.

Can you please try and only connect just one servo, and a receiver battery (instead of a BEC, if it is a BEC you are using)?

Please check the event log, in the radio, if there is anything to learn from it.

oh, even more interesting: do I get it right that the servo only twitches if you are at more than half or more like full positive collective?

This could mean the servo is out of the range of values, of the input signal from the VBar.

Did you fully go through the New Heli Wizard, and even if you did only click next-next-finish?

There could still be settings in the VBar or parameters set in a way so it does not yet work within it's V6 programming.

But still, anything useful in the event log? Not that we are following a wrong track ...
