Hi,
yes, they do. All VBar Control to date share the same outer dimensions.
Just the old (discontinued) kits with additional self-adhesive-film items cut exclusively for classic VBar Control wouldn't fit Touch/EVO just so, because the latter would require cutouts for their rotary inputs, and the speaker openings are slightly different.
That's for sake of completeness, could always be that some such kits are still around, with dealers
