Hi, HELP! , in my account i lost my registered Vbar Touch and the vbar neo's . It's a problem of the web site?

Solved, i change my mail for recomendation of Mikado , but with a new mail no devices and no neo's, change back to the original mail and all it's OK

Well - i would change the email to one we can use / recommend - and then just name me both ones in a PM here - i'll shift all over ;-)

Hi,

normally, all your devices should shift over automatically when you log off from vstabi.info, change your e-mail at shop.mikado-heli.de, then log in again.
Only legacy units such as black, Mini VBar, Blueline, Silverline, if registered very early or if the customer account was a very old one I guess, they sometimes get stuck with the old e-mail-address.

But the key is, to re-login to vstabi.info so it learns the change.
