Vbar control EVO with cloud

My Vbar Control EVO can't put photo and can't view details of flight,setup and other in the cloud.

did you register your radio? Please send your serial no. so I can check.
Are WiFi, Online and Cloud Services enabled?

If so, can you please try a different internet connection? E.g. from a phone, personal hotspot (maximize compatibility if iDevice).
This would be to see if maybe security software/firewalls/a router block traffic.

My old vbar control touch can be used with cloud.

This VBC 11004959 did not do any single upload to the cloud.

Is the cloud functionality enabled in the settongs?
