Kontronik and yge app dont work

Hello, I updated my radio, now the kontronik and yge app when a lipo is plugged in and selected, the app on the main screen (square box) is blanked out, it shows once landed current and rpm and temps etc, but wont log mah and in the settings you cant use the setup for yge and also the kontronik app you cant open.

what is wrong? Again another update and more problems

Please open a service request as stated previously. It seems to be a laggy connection from our servers to your location which gets us in trouble here. My Colleque will reply then on monday with some advise.

This is separate issue, no one responded to initial service
It has updated everything but has problem on yge and kontronik app

Should i just do a factory reset?

Please do nothing w/o advise. I have to talk to Edward first on Monday.
