Hi

Vplane and extender in use, but the icon for Extender is not shown. Pictures attached attached show no icon even though the icon bar is loaded and saved.

Is this now removed all together ? Any specific reason perhaps ? Would be nice to know as this was a nice indication that Macrocells were loaded and 1,2,3 extenders were active and connected ?

We removed Icons which are not so important due limited numbers in the bar.

But - i can probably program a small "receiver" element for userscreen at next opportunity ;-)

would it be possible to add a marker to the signal strength icon? There seems to be space in that object.
There are already so many screen/user screen items ...

Dots or bars or 1 Ext. / 2 Ext.

Playing 'make a wish' I'd love to see a direct link to Model Status/Antenna Status if I tap the signal strength icon

Would it be possible to get release notes each time you make a release? This would make it easier for us to self-service any potential questions or changes when there are updates. It would go a long way to help us understand when you make changes so we're not left looking for what's new or surprised when something is missing.

well, this icon iirc was there on the classic VBar Control, but it was never there on Touch (to the very best of my knowledge).

Usually, we announce if there are major updates, but small changes or fixes fly under the radar, they will be installed automatically whenever you use the App Updater or un/install something via Shop App, or Website.
Those silent updates usually don't contain new features, they happen if we find something to fix, rephrase, or to fix reported small bugs.
If it was something big, we would of course do a safety announcement.
So it's always a good idea to check the App Updater first, to see if there's something new, if you encounter a specific bug or malfunction

Afaik there's nothing we took away from VBar Control Users, ever, unannounced or not.

But sure thing we will think about it, what we can do to improve the information flow

It is common in the technology industry, and a best practice, to write release notes anytime minor or major changes are made. It also gives people information to choose as to whether they want to upgrade or not, depending on the changes included in the release. Thank you for considering it!
