VBCt white screen only

Again helping a user with his VBCt. It switched on and gave the screen with a choice "Start Check, format disk, etc" He selected check and it then went to a white screen and now completely unresponsive.

Is there a way to let VBC Manager or WiFi rebuild the file system?

VControl, VBar on all.
TDR, TDR2, TDF, TDS and TDSF

If it is not fully off:
Press and hold the button on the back >30s

When fully off:
connect to USB
Start Manager tool
Left stick to right-bottom
Press the button on th eback for a short moment
USB will check bootloader / reload it and probably reboot

now proceed with WiFi as usual.
