VBCt - many apps not showing up

While I wait for the weekend to try and swap the TelMe or Neo -

I tried loading another Telemetry app - Fixed Battery ID and this one also is not showing up (with/without a model connected) - any clue to why this is happening ?

Fixbat is acessible when you do a long press on the battery name edit button in the batterymanager. Of course - model required, telemetry required, battery manager required, battery must be selected.

OK - so since it is dependent on Telemetry (TelMe) this is probably why the application is not showing up even if the Shop is showing downloaded/active.
