ESC Kontronik Kosmik 200HV

Hi guys, just one straight forward question. I don't know personally any owner of Kosmik 200hv so I cant check. I'm looking online, instruction manuals, pictures etc and still not clear. Can you connect TelMe to Kosmik 200HV to get telemetry data? And if yes what data can you receive?

Hi Radek,

please see here.

Depending on the version of the Kosmik, TelMe will work, but afaik the newest one will have it built-in, like the Kolibri ESCs do.

If in doubt, please contact Kontronik directly to make sure.

I just bought new kosmik 200 . Yes 250 can be connected directly for 200 need TelMe. Thank you for the link and for as alway spot on help and answer.

At the end of each flight when I look at the kontronik app on the vbc
In the "maximums page" my max amps and peak amps reading are abnormally high.
When I unplug the batts and check the vbc summery screen, all look normal
I reached out to kontronik but haven't heard back yet.
Has anyone seen this issue before? If so, what was your fix ?
It was nice being able to cross reference the two when the kontronik app
worked properly. Everything else works fine with the app.

honestly, I can not tell. But afaik the values from our summary screen are calculated from the amp and voltage values we get from the ESC, while the values shown in the K App are calculated inside the ESC and only output to the K App for display. So if they output the highest but maybe briefest peak measured inside, as a maximum, it might be different. Same as the minimum BEC voltage almost always is 5.6 V, even on an HV setup, it's a false information imo because it shows the voltage of the first stage of the K ESC starting up, not the minimum during real HV operation, after the second stage of the BEC has started up.
