Missing one set of thrust bearings for main grips

Hello,

Not sure where to post service issues:

My bag #10 only has one set of thrust bearings. And, my retailer does not have replacement parts yet. How should I go about getting them sent to me?

Nevermind...sorry. the bag was stuck inside of the rubber o-rings. Please disregard the email sent to service@ as well.
