A automatic license transfer is only possible in case of a defective device being replaced by us.
So - if you have a defective one - please file a service request (login section of the vstabi site, left bottom, my devices, service icon at the regarding device).
For other cases - ask service(at)mikado-heli.de by email - it depends on the situatio if it would be possible or not.
