The device manager does not see the Vibar.

When connected my VBar to the new computer Windows 10 (using the US message “new hardware found” does not appear.

Also the Device Manager does not show that a new device has been connected. Of the four laptops tested, only 1 saw the VBar as a new device.


How to solve this problem? Thank!

Problem solved! Use only the original cable provided by the manufacturer!

Before that, I used a cable from another manufacturer for a long time, as it was more flexible. But after several years of use, it apparently got damaged.
Replacing it with the original cable led to a solution to this problem.
