if I get your one-liner right, you try to use both a VLink NEO and an RX sat connected to it, at the same time?
That won't work, an RX Sat is not like a Spektrum Sat, it's an independent receiver which can be used with a no VLink NEO or a legacy VBar.
And it's normally not required either, because a VLink NEO has two active antennae, not like Spektrum systems where you often need a receiver and a sat to go with it, to have that.
If you want or need extra redundancy, diversity, e.g. on a bigger aircraft, you can add a VBar NEO VBasic (with Extender Firmware on it), and this also adds another 7 servo connectors.
