Neo serial not recognised?

I upgrade 2 neo basic to pro and rescue (i already have over 10 vbar devices) but it wont unlock the pro and rescue to load and i got an email from mikado for both of them stating:

The serial number entered was not identified. Software could not yet be activated for you. Mikado will contact you.

How do we fix this? Serial no was displayed and registered to me and i paid via paypal

Please contact info@mikado-heli.de - there is currently a issue with the license enabling process on the mikado shop site.

Also post me the SN for a check here.
