Vcontrol classic Gov setup

As a really old radio now, I'm finding it difficult to find information on specific menus for the classic VControl radio.

I'm setting up the nitro sensor, and in Governor->Gov Setup there is:

Sensor config (set up 2 for 1 magnet)
Gear Ratio (self explanatory)
Runup limit (3 default)

The last two options I am unclear of
Min throttle (30 default): What is this value declaring? I already have minimum and maximum endpoints set for open and closed throttle; and i set idle so that throttle cut switch closes the barrel all the way. What is the purpose of min throttle here?
RPM Range (default with my settings is 4800); but 9600 and 14400 values are also available. What does RPM Range manage?

Min Throttle is the throttle openening which will be the lowest one when Gov is active. More here:

https://www.vstabi.info/en/node/2030

RPM Range is a value to allow RPM >4800 1/min used on some smaller helis as a multiplier for the RPM in the VBAR Gov. Usually 4800 should be enough.
