RC Failsafe Activated - Original VTouch and Neo

After 90 successful flights on my model, I updated to the latest firmware on my original VTouch and Neo receiver. Within a few minutes into my 2nd flight on the new firmware, the heli suddenly throttled down. I was able to switch into throttle hold and landed it safely. The logs showed the "RC failsafe activated" message (screenshot attached) around the time the heli initially throttled down. I re-checked my antennas and flew it for another 2 flights without incident. I have hundreds of flights with this radio and multiple Neo receivers and have observed this message/behavior.

Pleaase tell us more - which heli, all components used, where mounted, add the logs from the cloud, probably 2-3 images to see ... all others ist just guessing ,-)

I had the same problem yesterday, second flight on new EVO touch and EVO fb. see my post just below

If someone had a similar issue this does not automatically mean it is the same reason - so we need to know more.
