VBC can't open folders on Windows 10 Pro 21H1

Hello!
When I connect my vbc to a Windows 10 Pro 21H1 PC, the system does not open the VBC folders.
Also "VBar Control Manager" freezes when updating applications and lose connection whis VBC.
My iMac with Big Sur won't install "VBar Control Manager for Mac"
What can be done in such a situation?

PS I checked it on friend's Windows 7 PC - working correctly

Use the WIFI program on our TX, works every time.

Just checked here with 21H2 - all okay.

So there must bei either something with your computer or with the USB.

On a VBC ensure that the USB Mode is set to "Stick" in Transmitter Setup Menue

With a VBCt use the WiFi ;-)

As "Stick" working prefectly. Any other USB devices work also.
I dont't have VBCt, unfortunately (Biggest price for WiFi ).

by the way, the Manager will install under Big Sur. You just have to follow the read me.txt carefully, and do what Apple asks from you, install Java.

Just the Setup Software will no longer connect to NEOs, no working driver available any more :-/

Hi guys!
I found an issue that caused the VBC connection to not work.
The Hard Disk Sentinel application is running in the background on my PC.
After closing the application, it was possible to connect VBC.
If you use Hard Disk Sentinel - close this a
pp before working with VBC.
