How do I register a used TX?

As a new one - same procedure. Use the QR Code in the app store and your smartphone, previously log into vstabi.info on your phone ;-)

I could only find one QR code on the transmitter and when I scan it, the scanner gives me a bunch of options like "search, copy, share, and browse website" it doesn't do anything.
