Servos not responding

servos on neo with satellites will not respond to spektrum controller or cyclic inputs

control inputs respond correctly on vcontrol but will not move servos from center position on heli

can anyone help

i have moved ist to the VBC cafe - it is not a old device with V5 ...

Did you start with "new setup" (this enables outputs first time)?
Is it a NEO or a old device?
