old neo

Hi I have an old type neo the one with rx-satellite the lead is the one with the box type plug that goes, into the neo

1st Q do they make a longer lead I cannot see one in the shop
2nd Q the neo I have has rescue I have tried to bind two spectrum satellites to it but with no joy, it just won't bind

1 - no we don't. The cables should be kept as short as possible to avoid unwanted electrical issues here. But - you can use one of the longer ones for legacy and just change the housing:

2 - it is a question of timing and will surely bind. Unfortunately i don't have any 3rd party items here anymore since years - but how is your exact procedure?
