RC input Packets Lost.....causing Crash!

So a strange issue has come up on one of my helis. a few weeks back during a hurricane the motor shut off but I was able to still control the servos, just from instinct I kept the heli inverted in the hurricane and luckily it came back! lol My log shows RC INPUT PACKETS LOST, followed by FAILSAFE ACTIVATED. I assumed this was due to be having the antennas zip tied to the boom and not using the 90 degree position mikado recommends so I ordered the tail boom antenna mount and flew the heli only to have the motor shut down again but this time I could not avoid a crash......Same exact message in my log on the VCONTROL. The heli in question is an Align Trex 470LM belted version. Im running the stock HV cyclic servos, MKS DS93I rudder servo, stock align motor and ESC plus a Vlink Vbar NEO. any suggestions? I thought antenna placement as I said at first but now IDK ......belt static??

Could you please add full data - especially all event logs from this heli?

to add log, do I just copy from the vcontrol and attach here? also what do you mean by full data?

ok i think I did it correct, these are the 3 logs that seams to show the crash and incidents

If more of the files are required please let me know and I will attach them as well

it looks like my RX signal is way down. Not sure why?, also posted a picture of the way my NEO is mounted and the heli itself.

OK - please open a RMA for this NEO. It seem that it had a HV/Static hit.
