posible neo sat broken?

Hi,today i fly the 380 with neo vlink.but the first batery its crash in 20 metro!
i check the log file :

the heli its goblin 380.

Hi,

apart from the RMA, please check on the 380 that there is conductivity between the tail rotor housing and the chassis/motor plate.
On the 380, you would assume you need no particular measures for anti static, but there are quite a few reports on the net that you can't be sure, and also quite a few workarounds.

looks good. So please measure for continuity between the tail rotor housing and the chassis/motor plate, and also when wiggling the tail boom etc., to make sure it's permanent. Vibration might cause break of electrical connection, and bam!

Some seem to sand off the carbon fiber in places and it seems to work, but I would prefer a wire connection.

Quite a few models seem to have suffered either from glitches (even crashes) or damaged components ... nothing against the 380 in particular, it's just that a belt driven tail can always cause issues ...
