new neo registered but will not bind to vbar control

I purchased my first neo to use on a Logo 480 Extreme. It registered and shows up on my devices but it will not bind to my vbar control. When placed in the bind mode and throttle turned off, I get only an "exit" message when I click on bind.
Mikado USA was out of the combined neo and vbar control receiver so I am using an external vbar control receiver which I wired to two different plugs according to the vstabi website instructions and inserted into aux 2 and 3.

Does the NEO´s LED show the red/green blink? Is some light on the sat?
Probably something is wrong with the wiring, please make a picture that shows the wiring, so we can take a look.

Vbar/Vbar control is the BMW of model heli avionics!
