Hello.
In the three flights of the engine was off in flight. I thought that this ESC. In the third flight of the helicopter crash was the 690 logo. The log: RC Input Packets lost RC Failsafe activated. Two days ago, this was not. Maybe this is due to the cold weather, I never flew on NEO cold what to do to fly on this FBL is not possible.

Please post more informations:

- all event log files of this helicopter (zip them)?
- which motor, esc is used?
- is there a anti static kit built in?
- how was the neo mounted
- which sort of neo?

For "same problem" thoghts:

Please mention that the same effect must not be caused by the same reason - so we have to look at each one seperately.

We have lost packets and failsafe in both logs - so the motor has been shutdown twice in the previous flight before your crash happened.

Can you perform a range check with the rest?

Can you also check the antistatic for correct electrical conduction - especially the side screw in the main frame can loose contact if the tail boom may move in flight.

One tip:

i do the antistatic hookup not through the frame in case of this effect - i use the small screw with the cable just 1 cm behind the frame - from the bottominto the tail boom (where it is safe with the belt inside too).

I did as it was written in the instructions to the model. Of course, after such an accident I'll change the antistatic mounting kit.
In any case, I am pleased that the problem became clear, and more than my model is not an accident, and I and my friends like helicopters Logo. However, we are now more attentive to the sites and structures model.

I think I am having the same issue, same thing happened to me where the motor shut off in prior flights. One flight it came back and I landed, the second I crashed the heli. My log shows exact thing rc packets lost and then failsafe initiated. This is on a trex 470LM belted model. I am using the align cyclic servos with align motor and esc.
