Cant connect main unit to PC

Hi.

I started with new VBAR Silver with version 6.0.2. I noticed that I cant connect this unit to Vstabi PC software so I could not do any upgrade. USB was green but got Red no Connection. I tryed everything with drivers PC and so. So I decided to do recovery procedure, and after that my main unit was able to connect, next I did online update to 6.0.7 .... after this update I cant connect main unit again.

Is it normal? Should I always do upgrade of main unit via recovery procedure?

Hi,

yes this is normal, after update to V6.x the USB port is no longer active.
Do the setup with VBarControl:

Connect Sat and power on - wait 10sec !
Start bind process via VBC - notice: Motor Switch to off position

Thaks for quick answer Fingolf. Yep I know that setup can be done only via VBC, just didnt know how to upgrade main unit. Everything is clear now.
