VBar 6.0 --> 5.3

I have Vbar Silverline 6.0 which was in VBar Control kit. I needed to downgrade this Vbar for my customer to 5.3. I made a recovery procedure successfully, but can't make online update to 5.3. I have only two options in Online update: 5.3 Pro which not active and 6.0. If I click license request I have notification: Serial number not valid. How I can decide my problem?

as the V6 "only" VBars have a different pricing (please recalc a V6 and then a V5.3 Express unit with pro update) - this is not a simple "downgrade".

The device is what it has been sold for - a V6 VBar for VBar control.

Is there any way to put 5.3 express on a 6.0 VBAR. I no longer have the VControl but need to be able to use the VBAR that has 6.0? I did the recovery file but also do not have any download option other than 6.0. I even tried purchasing 5.3Pro using the serial number and that would not work either. Will I need to sell this 6.0 vbar and buy another with 5.3?

Hi Alan,

Rainer's right. The 6.0 devices, per default, have no 5.3 license, neither Express nor Pro.

We can possibly make an exception here if you send the serial # to service (at) mikado-heli (dot) de so you can purchase and install 5.3 Pro.

Do a Recovery, and then install any version you like it has a license for.
