I ordered a one way hub June / 2015 flight after 2 months with my logo 800
One way hub, LOGO XXtreme (04513)
we are in October and it starts to make noise that comes well this room
is this normal?

Hi,

well, it is of course not normal. When operated within the specs of the manual (collective pitch angles, head speeds) the one way lasts almost forever.
If you exceed the specs or e.g. do the overspeed thing frequently, the one way might not last as long, of course.

How many flights do you have on this hub?

I would check it, clean it, grease it and try again, if the issue persists (and if it is really the cause, of course) it should be replaced, for safety reasons.
Could also be the shaft, if there are chatter marks on it where the one way runs, it could also be evidence of an overload situation in the past.

I have 3 iddle up

1900
but the 3rd I use it almost never is rather see the first 2 1

from the info you gave it should be OK. Is the shaft still the same that was used with the first one way?

I just disassemble the main axis
it is not damage
I breath and relubricated hub and the rollers but I think it's going to change anything

Hi,

if your maintenance did not make a change, I would replace shaft and one way. Sometimes parts tolerances come into play, and if the shaft would be, for whatever reason, very slightly thinner, a one way could take damage over time. The same goes for a shaft that shows the chatter marks mentioned above, if for whatever reason the forces were to big for the hardened shaft at one time.
