It´s not normal and it is not good!

A small gap is normal, but not that play. Will say: you should not be able, to push the feathering shaft from one side to the other.

The play (I don´t know, if that ist the right english word for that what we see in the video) should be zero, better is to have a light prepressure.

Did you use the right shims for the selection of O-rings?

All is original parts code for 480.
I removed all and i reinstalled again.

Some questions:

-) did you build up the heli from a kit, is it new?

-) when yes: which shims did you use ? the 8x11x0,5 or the 8x11x1?

-) did you check the O-rings for correct thickness? (3 mm)

-) is every part build in in the bladeholder? Especially the ring 10,5x14x1?

-) did you build up the heli from a kit, is it new? it is super combo kit but i have crash and rebuild only the code 02347. nothing else I replaced.

I followed the instructions in the photo.

I will replace the code 4205.

My suggestion now is to check the length of the feathering shaft (86 mm; part-nr. 2347).
