690SX Battery tray

Busy building a 690SX V2 but there are no battery tray or even sliders in the fuselage shells. Was there another change on the V2? The manual even shows the battery tray but nothing in the kit. Stumped on how the battery would fit now.

VControl, VBar on all.

Hi,

no changes for quite some time. The battery tray should be in bag 1.
Where did you purchase? Was the kit still sealed when you got it?

Please be so kind and send an e-mail to service (at) mikado-heli (dot) de so we can see to it, or ask your dealer to help you out, whatever is quicker.

Kind regards

Bought it from a friend which biught it from Markes Hugos shop in Switzerland. Brand new still in box. Worrying thing is that the frame shells does not have the sliders in them for the battery tray.

VControl, VBar on all.

Hi again,

well, then it's probably not a V2. The V2 should have the frames with the sliders, the quick release mechanism and the tray in it, plus the reinforcements for the front section, like we have it in the Upgrade Set.

I can hardly imagine that it has been packed the old way.

Kind regards

Hi,

V2 is basically the chassis with the battery quick release.
