I decided to change the vbar neo antenna and inadvertently desolde the card of the tracks Is there anything that can be done?

I'm afraid if I understand correctly, there's nothing left to solder something back on, that would mean the VBar is irreparably damaged with this regard.

You can send it in for a replacement and the transfer of an existing Pro-/+Rescue license, or you can use it with a receiver satellite, given the fact that it was a 2nd generation unit where we can disable the internal receiver.

If it's a 2nd gen VBar, we can disable it from remote.
If it was a 1st gen VBar (with a separate receiver board inside), the rather brutal solution would be to remove / rip off the receiver board, and cut the remaining pins so they can not accidentally touch.

Please send the serial no. via e-mail, and we will continue from there.
