if your issue has not yet been sorted out, please send the serial no. of the device in question to service (at) mikado-heli (dot) de together with a screenshot of the PC software or an event log file/setup file (we mainly want to make sure there are no typos in it), and I will see to it.
At times, the messages go into the spam or junk e-mail folder, and some are only accessible when on web mail, not a regular mail program, so you can also check that.
