I understand, but the control loop for the cyclic is different, and a friend of mine said that it feels different. And I am used to the feel of it now, so I did not want to update. Hello, I have a V-Bar Control Evo and a V-Bar Evo Flybarless Unit. However, I am still on firmware version 7.1.158 for the Control Evo. I know there is a specific Stratos 200 profile in 8.2, but I wanted to know if it is still possible to set up the Stratos 200 on 7.1.158 with the same settings? Hello, I have a V-Bar Control EVO with a Goblin Raw 500 equipped with a V-Bar EVO Flybarless Unit. The heli also has a Hobbying v4 Platinum 120a ESC, X-Nova Motor, X-Pert Servos for cyclic and KST Servo for Tail. This Heli was built in September 2023 with all new components including the V-Bar EVO. I flew it 4 times that year. OK, I got it worked out. I connected my V-Control to my PC with the Vbar Control Manager and it updated the firmware, after rebooting the battery manager worked as expected. Still a bit odd, I figured the EVO being a fairly new radio stock firmware would have worked with the battery logbook out of the box. Maybe updating the apps and firmware through the PC reset something for it to work. Inby Zermelo - Questions VBar Control
I have a V-Bar EVO Control with v7 software. I have Neo V-Links with a Hobbywing 130A Platinum V4 and 80A Platinum V4 with the telemetry cable and V-bar firmware loaded on both HW ESCs. I can see all HW telemetry on both models, including mah used. I also have the Battery Logbook app installed and checked. However, I do not get the battery logbook icon nor does the Vcontrol evo ask me aboutby Zermelo - Questions VBar Control
Thank you for the reply. I did try with a dedicated receiver pack at 7.4 Volts however, the same error occurred. One time it did initialize properly however, most of the time it gave the error. Hello, I have a V-Bar Neo non-vlink using 2 Spectrum DSMX satellites powered by the BEC of a Talon 90. On startup I am getting a Flashing Red indicator on the Neo with the cyclic and tail servos pumping up and down for about 20 times.
