yes please do so, the reason I changed it is because I recently fit a logo 600 head on my oxy 5 as an experiment and really like the way it feels. I will be keeping it like this for some time. Now if and when I do decide to change the name back to oxy will I have to contact you again to merge my data?von stevin - Café
The other day I made two changes, I edited the name of a model and I also added a UI sensor. When I looked at my details in the cloud today it shows as if the model has only been recording data for the past few days. Why is my older data gone?von stevin - Café
he is flying VBC, he is not very computer savy but I will let him know. This particular neo I believe was bought second hand and he never registered it. Is there a way he can contact you to discuss further?von stevin - VBar VLink
My buddy was flying at the field yesterday and one of his nitros with neo vlink started to twitch some on elevator axis, looking at the logs it said elevator channel failure and also a few aileron channel failures, now the unit wont even initialize. What does this mean?von stevin - VBar VLink
I just reformatted the disc and performed a start check, the radio is now rebooted. awaiting you to restore system appvon stevin - Café
Figured it out! I was looking around and found that my collective calibration was off and not 100/100 so it wasn't seeing full negative and that's why the box wasn't allowing me to check it. also this is why my throttle servo would jump when flipping out of hold. Not sure how this happened but I guess its good to keep an eye on it.von stevin - Café
im trying to edit my setup on my trex 700n with my touch, when getting to the end point part of the throttle setup, the part that you check to enable collective control of the throttle is not highlighted and can not be selected. Do you have any idea why? something maybe I have to deactivate before moving forward?? I am going over my setup because the throttle servo moves when switching from "von stevin - Café
So yesterday at the field I plugged up a model and the screen went white and has options such as update, format etc. From what I understand this happens if you have a weak wifi signal however I only have 1 wifi stored and that's my home wifi. This is the first time this has happened in many trips to the field. Anyway I bring it home and eventually had to use a usb to plug into my PC. Although myvon stevin - Café
this makes sense and I see why its not possiblevon stevin - Café
So what about setting a condition so that when throttle is being applied (gov on) the throttle cut is disabled? Is there any way we can make it so that when flying the throttle cut won’t work?von stevin - Café
So a friend of mine that I just got to switch over to vcontrol has a small issue. He ended up coming from jeti and he was used to a push button to kill the motor on the top right above the motor on/off switch so we installed a push button rather then the 3 position switch however he sometimes accidently hits that button in flight causing a minor crash and he has broke a few sets of blades. We wervon stevin - Café
yes, that's my thought, something to allow us to log maintenance and crashes etc.von stevin - Café
with all of this said, I FLY 1850-2000 with 500kv motor on 12s and im starting to get the signs of failing OWB, what parts are needed to upgrade the original sx to the newer double OWB?von stevin - Logo 200/400/500/600 Questions
I find myself checking my models in the cloud and looking at my flights etc. I do miss however the ability to leave notes such as when maintenance was done or the heli was crashed like I was able to do when I used the vbar control flight analyzer, I think this would be a useful addition and easy enough to add. Thanks for the consideration.von stevin - Café
I wondered if this was the case.von stevin - Café
I recall when the touch was first announced, hearing that we would be able to access the internet and or forums , was this an original plan that was scrapped or is this in the works?von stevin - Café
found it , thanks! how is the flight calculated? is it every time the neo is plugged in or are there certain conditions that must be met to be counted as a flight?von stevin - Café
Is there somewhere in the vcontrol touch that shows a total flight count on each model? If not it would be a great app, maybe we can give conditions the flight must reach to be counted in our total flight count such as motor run or certain MAH used in order to be counted towards total flights.von stevin - Café
just another thought on this subject, it states that auto trim flight should be about 1 minute long. Is this saying no touching the sticks for 1 minute straight or can the time not touching collectively equal one minute? Im wondering if trying a pirouette during the process to see where the auto trim has gotten me is okay practice?von stevin - Café
I will fool with the CG, as for style im already running 45von stevin - VBar VLink
On my oxy 5 I have noticed what can only be described as a pendulum effect via elevator axis while doing pirouetting moves, particularly piro flips and pogos. I can sort of hide it by making corrections however I have other helis that do this seamlessly. Is there something I can use to try and tune this out? BK 7002 cyclic servos, torq rudder, scorpion 4025-1100kv, Hobbywing 100a esc, rail 556 mavon stevin - VBar VLink
So lets say I set up my 700 size battery which is 12s 5000 mah, I tell the vcontrol I want to consume 80%. Now at start up of the flight my bar comes up on the screen, am I flying until the talking telemetry and bar show 20% or is the entire bar the 80% I programmed so in turn I fly all of the bar which will equal the 80% I told it.von stevin - Questions VBar Control Touch
this is a general statement. It has pretty much always been this way on many of my helis. some more then othersvon stevin - VBar VLink
I have never been able to tune out my rudder right stops, they always seam to be too soft and have bounce back where rudder left will feel nice and crisp. I have always setup the tail by trying to have even throw on the slider during setup and trying to achieve numbers of 85-100. what can I do to tune this to be crisp?von stevin - VBar VLink
OK better idea, through me on the vcontrol team lol So once HW gives the green light there is still the testing phase from you guys? probably looking at spring.von stevin - Café
thank you for this answer, all this time I thought touching the sticks would ruin the trim flight some.von stevin - Café
the translation to english on my computer is rough at best but seams this thread is asking about a time line for when the hobbywing integration will be available. Kyle stacy HW video mentioned this about 2 months ago and I have read a post that he states his tests are looking very good so my question is..... when can we try it?!!!!von stevin - Café
when using auto trim it reads to get the heli into a hover for aprox 1 minute and try to not give ANY inputs as possible. Is it preferred to shut off auto trim while still in the hover? I ask because when landing you obviously need to give some inputs so will this screw with the auto trim you just did in the hover for 1 minute or does it automatically stop trimming as soon as it detects motor offvon stevin - Café
