Uli/Rainer See attached photo's. Every wire was designed with slack and the canopy does not come in contact with the Vbar. I snapped these photos before another flight. You'll notice I didn't activate the flight for several minutes. The reason for this, I was confirming another range check which passed without error. Hi Uli, I can post a picture, but I don't think you'll find any hints. The antenna's are perfectly situated, I ran the wiring to be sure it doesn't transfer vibration to the unit and I always use the provided gyro tape. I'll send a picture tomorrow. Razvon Razmo - VBar VLink

Hi Rainer, Yes. Same field. It's my local field. The same field I've been flying my non-vlink NEO with spektrum sats for years without a problem. The same field I fly my Logo 200 without a problem. The same field I fly fixed wing models via Spektrum DSMX without problem. The same field others fly other flight controllers without problem, but I will say it's likely a noisy frequency environmentvon Razmo - VBar VLink

Well, nearly pancaked my Nimbus today due to my Vbar EVO shutting down on me. My Nimbus is a new build, never used Vbar EVO which I purchased when the first batch was released. I run the VControl Touch EVO, powered with a HW 120 and Vbar Governor. Even more interesting, I decided to review the logs on another new build, my Logo 550 SX running all the same equipment. Morning Rainer, To confirm, are you telling me I must select a max RPM value of 4,800 at the very least when using the Vbar Governor? As well as, for smaller heli's spinning greater than 4,800, I would need to select a higher value? Also, to confirm... are you telling me the option that says "Select !!!" is not an option? Hello, Can you help me understand whether selecting an RPM range is necessary? Why does the first selection say "Select !!!"? Why would I want to select either a max RPM of 4800, 9600 or 14,400? I've built a non mikado model with a 9.636 gear ratio and wondering whether I should leave the value as Select !!! or do I want to choose a max RPM setting? The error message grounded his ability to fly again. He also tried his Logo 200, same problem. Meaning, the transmitter powers up fine. The screen goes black and then displays the error message which allows you to close out but the model never syncs up. Yes, it can be repeated again and again. Hi Guys, Posting for a friend who's experienced with his VBCT. While at the field and after performing a routine flight. While preparing for his second flight then powering on his receiver. His screen goes black for a bit then posts an error message stating that his Vbar basic software needs to be installed, preventing him from proceeding. He's already operating on Pro. Hi Eddi, Thanks for this. I was able to disable Vibration Analysis Pro, perfect. Very honestly, I didn't even know I had a Pro version of the Vibration Analysis tool that could be disabled. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in order to use the standard Vibration Analysis Tool, Pro software is necessary, correct? I was also able to activate Mode 4 with ease, thank you. Hi Eddi, Are you telling me I can deactivate pro to to use the standard Vibration options then reactivate pro without losing my pro setup parameters, like talking switches, etc. Very honestly, I have no idea what you're describing with regard to understanding and using the Vibration Analysis Pro Features. Hi Eddi, I'm referring to both. I'm familiar with the ability select between Motor, Main Rotor and Tail, which is all I've ever used, but my Evo with Pro doesn't offer these choices. It lists a handful of choices I cannot make sense of. At this point, I'm trying prepare myself to be capable of determining whether a rebuild is exhibiting vibrations at either the Motor, Main Rotor or Tail.von Razmo - Questions VBar Control Touch

Hey Guys, I've noticed the Vibration Analysis tool options have changed. From what I understand, it used to offer the choice to select one or all three categories. Motor, Main Rotor and Tail. I'm now noticing these options no longer exist. I see a list of several different options, none of which I understand. Hi Eddie, No hash feelings, of course. It's not a theory, it's proven. I can tell with 100% confidence, as I'm a rather proficient pilot, having 7 points with a notch-less stick can enable a preferred collective feel at the preferred pilots hovering stick position dependent on preferred head speed. Well, I understand the 5 points, but my mentioned use is not just for scale use. This is disappointing. Is there no plan to implement 7 point curves while also allowing a user to mark/notate the input/output value at hover to allow the user to move that point to their preferred collective stick position hovering point? Hi Guys, I have experience altering pitch curves with my trusty old JR12X. It was very straight forward. Not only does it offer a 7 point pitch curve, it allowed me to delete and insert a point anywhere I'd like on the curve. Therefore the use of the pitch curve menus in the VControl has me feeling confused and disappointed and can't seem to find any information on their use and why. Hi Guys, Appreciate the information here. I have the desire to go 16/16 for a couple reasons. One is to simply set for auto's. I've never set pitch for auto's as I've never flow heli's larger than a 550. I do intend to go 700 here soon. Would you suggest a total travel setup of 16/16 for auto's here on the 550?
