Vcontrol knows what model was connected and flown on what date for what time, I would love to see a flight log app incorporated into the software....... Something simple to start, than add features as reminders that particular maintenance is due at a time interval ? Have lost/misplaced 2 log books already This would be so simple and effective for flight info on all the connected models...by thebirdman - Café

Luving the two 200's I have, this would be a huge success if inverted flight was an option, imagine trying to do piro-flips in real life and not a simulated sim.....with no worries of dirt napping Even inverted flight orientation for forward/backward flight? Tkx RV, motor wires look fine, and is a torque tube drive. Will get it back together and tread lightly for some flights and see if anything arises or acts funny Birdmanby thebirdman - VBar VLink

you need to have it mechanically setup for 90 degrees, if that horn does not, try another till one fits 90..... than adjust ball-links till blades have a couple degrees counter force of the rotation direction of the mains... sub trim/altering is not a good thing... get it mechanically correct and the rest will fall in place Birdmanby thebirdman - VBar VLink

Had a mishap on on old Gaui X4II running with a the stock mini vbar and a vbar sat, recently moved onto the touch. I'm not pissed in any way, this thing owes me nothing, Ive been beating it for 7+ years, my go to to learn new things.... Never really looked at log files on the older vcontrol, BUT having the logs show up after a flight on the touch is getting me to look at every time now.... siby thebirdman - VBar VLink

Hi just a simple set of dual header pins soldered on a pcb board, have made others as a "hub" for body wiring, saves having to remove the complete harness if something needs to be swapped out. pic to large to uploadby thebirdman - VBar VLink

Ok vbasic neo did not have software installed, installed, set config to active, restarted binds to master.... slave blinks? Installed on another neo with pro, same outcome binds too master, slave just blinks one thing i noticed is extender status is lined out ? have to be missing something simple tkxby thebirdman - VBar VLink

Ok going to start a new thread as think the other is too cross referenced with another question I had. Trying to setup a vbasic neo as an extender too a neo vlink with pro software. I have tried the settings on the (https://www.vstabi.info/en/node/1911) page If I set the extender option on the neo vlink to aux2/aux3 vcontrol connects, but the vbasic flashes green/red (apparently looking for aby thebirdman - VBar VLink

I have a neo vlink pro already installed,setup and test flew, so it will be the master Had another non vlink pro i upgraded and added ant that i was going to use a the slave, but have decided to put that into another heli, seams a waste to use it as a second unit in the scale. I want to use a vbasic that i have in a plane that is setup and flying. just curios if that vbasic needs to be put baby thebirdman - VBar VLink

Ok have decided not to use the upgraded pro neo i have added antennas to, and pull a vbasic out of a plane i have, Seeing this unit is already setup for the plane, does it need to be "set back to factory default" or just plug it in as the extender and setup ? Would prefer to buy a new one but will have to wait till they reach the North America as shipping is a killer at this timeby thebirdman - VBar VLink

I would for now just like to be able to source a basic vbar for redundancy/channels on a scale bird i've been building, and maybe a nice vtouch to upgrade my vcontrol.. Camo would be nice just so I can forget it it the weeds againby thebirdman - Café

Updated, all fine.... Another question if I may Sir? Can I use the tele ports on the expander unit for the air sensor? Just working out the wiring, will be mounting the second unit in the front of the bird for diversity and less wiring length ty sir Randyby thebirdman - VBar VLink

Another dumb question, the 2 spare pro neos i do have, neither have antennas? and are non vlink, i'm assuming if i want to use i will have to add the vlink upgrade and install the ant? Again tkx..... new adventure for me birdmanby thebirdman - VBar VLink

Hi eddi, don't really require accuracy, just the factuality, possible a larger air pickup? simulating a faster speed? Going to order one up and do some bench testing and see what I can come up with.. what sort of input signal would be required ? for the vlink neo... Also just about out of channels so contemplating a second neo, but had a question, does the second neo have to be the same as the main unit? ex/// current is the vlink, can a basic neo be used as the second? or another vlink is required to expand? tkx birdmanby thebirdman - VBar VLink

Getting close to setting up the accessories in the scale apache build and had an idea for the rear articulating stab. In real life the stab is positioned down in hover to reduce rotor wash, and moves upward in forward flight for stability, anyway to reference that channel to the gyro? Hence when in forward flight the gyro knows this and in return use this signal "reference" to move theby thebirdman - VBar VLink
