What is the VTV registration process?

VTV asks me to sign in, but it does not ask me to register first. How do I go about registering to VTV? Thank you.

there is no need to sign in. We use a standard software for VTube, that allows sign in, but we do not use this feature. Everything is public available. Comments please here in the forum.
