Flash memory access failed error

Hello,

I just purchased a new EVO from Mikado USA, S/N 27012601. Registered and purchased the 8.2 Pro and Rescue. After creating a new model and disconnecting, the EVO required binding every single time and gave the Flash memory access failed error. The model settings never stayed either. This is strange since the Rescue and 8.2 firmware succeeded.

I created a support ticket but I think this EVO is defective. How can I transfer the Pro and Rescue that I purchased today onto the new one that I will be ordering?
