Need Help with Update to Pro on SHOP

Greetings, last night I tried several times to purchase PRO, each time the https://shop.mikado-heli.de/ returned an error. There is no order history for my purchase but yet it has charged each attempt for the money. Who can help me get my Vbar NEO Licensed and get credit for the errored transactions?

there seems to be a issue with our shop provider. They are informed and working on it already - but as it turns out into a big one i am afraid it will last a few days.

Yes, I think I have now paid for PRO 8 or 9 times unknowingly and still have no access to PRO on my NEO. Spoke with a frantic gal in Germany saying that who can fix this issue only works Monday thru Wednesday.....
