How to request an RMA on the Mikado site for a repair

I'm trying to send a Neo for repair and can't find the place where to ask for the RMA to do so

On Vstabi. info - log in and then scroll down to your devices. In the device list is a service icon on each device line ;-)

What if it's not registered in my list cause it's a on V link version and was used in a helicopter with the default express and a Spektrum radio?

In the login area left bottom is a general service form also.
