Vbar Neo update problem continues

Vbar Neo serial # 20004454

I had 6.3 on this Neo Pro and Rescue.

I was unable to perform a wireless update from my VBCT so I used vbar control manager on my MacBook.

When the update was complete this is what I saw in the manager.



When I powered down the heli and removed the boot plug and usb cable and restarted the heli my Neo light went to solid white light and I could not connect with my VBCT.

I then used the manager again and reloaded the pro version of the software and everything was fine but now I didn't have rescue. Green light on the Neo and connecting to the vbct was fine.

I retried updating to pro and rescue and got the same result solid white light on the Neo and no connection with the radio.

I have reinstalled pro only and everything works again but I would like to get pro installed on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

So I got an email stating that I now had rescue.

I tried the update again with the vbc manager and still have the same result, solid white light on the Neo after update to pro and rescue, works fine if I just load pro without rescue.

What is in the event log with Pro/Rescue on the NEO if you could access it?

The only logs I can get to are when pro without rescue is loaded.
