Vbar neo update problem

Hi

On the website it says I need to update the 2 VBar NEO Professional Rescue app.
Tried to update by Vcontrol or by computer, both says there is no update to be done.
Need help

Well - it might have no been written into the database, especially using the OTA Update.

What does the VBC say which Version is loaded in Model Info?

Hello Adriano,

you could try and downgrade to Pro or Express (Web App Store, radio), then update back to Pro+Rescue, and check if it changes the status.
If in doubt, try using VBar Control Manager.
It's probably just a flag not set in the database, like Rainer said.
If the radio shows green, and if you see the correct version in the Model Status screen, all is well.

Hi

I did as Eddi instructed.
I connected Vbar neo on the computer and went back to the Vbar express app on the website and waited for ok on the website.
Then I turned Vbar off and on again and updated it again to app pro rescue.
