Damaged my neo changing antennas

Hi
As the title states i have damaged my neo board trying to replace the antennas, can i send this in for a repair? If so do i just fill out a service ticket? A lot of the questions on the form are related to performance issues, i haven't plugged the neo in since as i didn't want to risk further damage but do know it's damaged. I don't think I have this one registered so i don't know the serial number either
