Directly goes to UnConnect

I have had a couple of times when connecting the vbar neo to power it goes to connect-initialize and then goes to UnConnect. Neo still green light. Ones it started to flash red. What is this about?

Hello Anders,

were you still able to control the servos?

If the radio and the receiver (transceiver, actually) are very close by, near field noise can cause this, even though we reduce radio power in close range (N) symbol on the display). But that usually only means the back link is temporarily lost in the noise, and without back link/telemetry, the radio can no longer know the VBar NEO is still up and running.

Flashing red can have different causes/meanings, it would be good to read the log from that time, either from the radio or directly from the NEO (using a computer).

Ok, yes the radio and receiver where close when I started and I can reproduce it. Still have control over servos. The log does not contain anything about this.

Hi,

well, the log ends when there is no music any more, on the return channel (as if the VBar was switched off/as if the power was cut).

In the photo, the antenna tips of the model are almost in one plane with the one flat antenna in the radio, and close by, and the other one is almost exactly parallel to the antenna wires on the model. 1-2 ft distance, and all will be well.
