Can't connect Neo to V Bar manager

Hi can you help?

I would like to update my Neo to 6.4 but can get it to connect to V Bar manager.
My V Bar Tx connects to v Bar manager and updates.
My Neo connects to vstabi setup software using same USB lead.

So I connect the USB to PC and Neo, start V bar manager.
Power up Neo, it powers up blue then flashes Red and green.
I've not done an upgrade for a while, am I do something stupid?

I'm running Windows 10 if that makes a difference. The Neo does not show as a USB drive when connecting.
I also have a Neo non V link which will not connect to V Bar Manager either, so I guess I'm doing something wrong!!

I've tried turning off the firewall.

I forgot to mention, I have a Logo 200 on order so was bringing all firmware up to date on V Bar, so now it says I need to update Neo when I connect.

Did you insert the bootplug?

VControl, VBar on all.
TDR, TDR2, TDF, TDS and TDSF

Thank you, I knew I was doing something wrong because it's so long since I've done it.
I was just returning to say i had sorted it but yes you right I forgot the boot plug.
