sma connector loose

just received an used neo vlink, which i bought online.

sadly they sent me a broken one, one of the antenna connectors broke of the print from the neo.
it is still under warranty, is it fixable or did i loose my money on this deal.... ?

Regarding warranty, that's for consumer protection, and covers manufacturing faults for example.
On a used one, I'm afraid it's most probably not covered by warranty, you and we can never know what history the unit has.

Reparable or not depends, if in doubt we better not mess with the radio components.

So either claim with the seller, get a refund (and let us still know the serial no. so we know if or when it's turning up again ...).
Or send it to us, we check, and let you know what we can offer.
