Voice app not working

Hi, a friend has a VBC touch serial 11006742 and voice app, Susans or english doesn’t work. Radio is updated and we tried also talking switches or telemetry but no voice too.
General volume is on 151% but is a little bit dark than the other options, don’t know why…

does the other voice work?
Do system sounds chime, swiping the menu etc.?

This transmitter is not yet registered (would be better, if, but not mandatory), but it seems as everything is installed properly.
No Pro/Value Apps either, which would require individual programming, so normally, it should work just so.

Hi Eddi, we tried susans, english voice and talking switches, non of them worked.

Normal sounds of the radio worked like swipping menu, turn on/off, button touch.

I will register soon today.

Please try this one:

- switch language to DE, wait for all updates
- repower and test in German
- if OK - switch back to EN and Test
